I cracked my two front teeth so rang the practice late on an afternoon. They made me an appointment for first thing the following day. They managed to get two composites done in that appointment and i was good to go. Absolutely exceptional customer service and care from this practice. Thank you

Let me say first that I am terrified of dentists! The dentist and his nurse were so kind to me. I spent an hour in the chair and at every moment I felt looked after. They were so concerned for my wellbeing. Unbelievably the dentist actually called me at home that evening to ask if I was alright . That has NEVER happened before. Both amazing and wonderful. Part way through an implant procedure just now, whilst there are more enjoyable things to do I’ve been really impressed with the standard of treatment. Procedure has been very well explained, facilities are good and the dental team have all been great.

I have recently joined this dental practice and had my first appointment. The dentist was very thorough and efficient and everyone there was very friendly and welcoming.

The staff at 8to8 dental surgery in Buckie are friendly, polite and always make me feel welcome and at ease. I have been treated very well whether I’ve had NHS treatments or private dental treatments. Mr Fadia provides an excellent private service and has gone above and beyond what I expected regarding the two implants and crowns he has done for me. This is the best dental surgery I’ve attended over the last 45+ years, and I’ve been too many dentists!

Posting on behalf of my grandsons experience.Thomas-Jack says the advice from his dentist was good. He only had a checkup at his last visit, but he said he was made to feel comfortable during his checkup.

All the staff are very friendly and the building itself is clean, modern and well kept. Each treatment room I have been in has been large, clean and well organised. I was especially pleased with the treatment received with the covid restrictions. The only drawback is the waiting time for an appointment but again was a covid issue. I normally hate dentists but would happily recommend this practice. The dentist himself Mr Kabre had a very nice, friendly and chatty manner. Being nhs the costs were cheap compared to the private practices I used to use. All round highly recommend.

Just had my first treatment at this practice and I was impressed with the patience and understanding from all staff members as I was very nervous. Time was taken to explain everything that was being done and future treatment required.

I was friendly greeted by the receptionist upon arrival. I didn't had to wait too long in the waiting room. The dentist and the assistant were courteous and helpful. The dentist offered helpful dental advice. He did not performed a cleaning procedure as it was not necessary - saving me time and money. I can honestly recommend 8to8.

Im a new patient here after moving dentists. Its been beyond my expectations. My dentist is brilliant makes me feel calm and most importantly explains whats happening during the procedure the communication skills are superb which makes a world of difference and calms me as I'm an anxious person anyway. Im real happy.

I can’t rate this practice highly enough, from the receptionist’s to the nurses and then the dentists. I’ve gone through a few dental practices over the years and unfortunately I’ve never had a good experience, however since moving to 8to8 last year I’m no longer scared. I’ve used 3 of their dentists so far, and the have all been superb, most recently Mr Matchett has been treating me, and whilst being a superb dentist he also has a warmth and caring nature that can’t be taught - I suspect that he doesn’t even realise it but he has a natural way of making you feel at ease, is constantly reassuring, and explains everything extremely well. I’ve a few issues which I’ve been putting off for years, but now I’ve the confidence to proceed. Thanks.

My care has been nothing more than excellent with 8 to 8 Dental practice and my dentist works well in Unison with my Hygienist which is perfect. Extremely consistent and very supportive. I used to always dread the dentist and Hygienist but not since visiting 8 to 8,, have been with them a few years now and would not consider changing whatsoever... thank you to all the staff. Reception being first point of call and very pleasant and courteous...

Having been dental phobic for many years, severe toothache eventually forced me back through the dentist's door & removal of two offending teeth as emergencies. Being accepted as an NHS patient by 8to8 Dental, I have found everyone working there to be friendly, patient ⁰& professional. They listened to my fears and have acted to avoid creating similar situations, explaining each treatment that I require in words I can understand. My confidence with this dental practice has grown and I no longer fear dental appointments. I would recommend 8to8 Dental as the place to go to find dentists, hygienists and reception staff who listen & work with the patient to allieviate nerves & concerns 100%.

Clean, bright and airy reception and receptionist was very pleasant. The whole practice is clean and well maintained.My appointment with Mr Prosser was on time and he gave me a detailed explanation of what my treatment would be. Mr.Prosser’s assistant also was very good at pre-empting what was needed.Throughout the treatment my comfort was of paramount importance to Mr Prosser and my minor op went very smoothly.

From the appts. desk to the dental nurse and the dentist himself everyone was very welcoming and made me feel relaxed and calm. The dentist answered any questions I had and I felt in control of any decisions I made while also being given good advice on dental health.

All the Staff at 8to8 Dental Keith are great and I've never felt more comfortable in a Dental practice, full procedural information given throughout which is comforting can't recommend highly enough.

My arrival for my appointment was quickly acknowledged by reception staff. I then had only a short wait to see my dentist, Mr Glass. He filled my tooth with his usual caring and professional skill, leaving me with a pain-free experience and a sorted tooth. I also had my teeth cleaned whilst waiting for the local anaesthetic for the filling to take effect. Excellent service!

Very professional and painless, clean and comfortable experience.

My first appointment with 8to8 dental. Thourough examination resulting in a referral to maxillo facial unit as an unusual mark/scar on my tongue was noticed. No previous dental surgery had noticed this. Already had the hospital appointment and nothing sinister found. It’s good to know that my dental care is in good hands .

Great service from a great dentist. I see Ken Glass at the practice and I am always nervous, who likes the dentist right! However he always makes me feel so safe and cared for. He explains what he is doing and I never feel any pain, even if he has had to do some considerable work, like a root canal. Hey it can't be bad, because I am going back when I don't have to, to have my teeth whitened. That's the other thing, they make you want to look after you teeth and want to 😃 smile...well Mr Glass does certainly. I would highly recommend.

I was referred to 8to8 for an emergency appt through the dental advice line. My wisdom tooth had become infected an was removed then and there. The idea made me very nervous but Mr Glass was calm and very assured. The process was completely painless and I was amazed! I am now a patient of this practice

Great dentists removing all my top teeth getting my new top row teeth organised for March this year before I went on holiday to egypt which worked out amazing.Transformed my life confidence, smiling, eating everything now this is pics from recent holiday to new york mid to late September 2025 plus tours i did from there to Washington dc and marthas vineyard the jaws movie tour etc and a couple of paris ones thrown in here from July too looking happy right well thanks especially to the lovely iona! 😎

My dentist Maia gave me to chance to ask all the questions I wanted and made me feel totally at ease in the chair. Great dental nurse as well and also friendly reception staff. I have been coming for for a few years now and each visit is extremely professional and time is always taken to make sure each visit is the best it can be! I have sensitive teeth so I only have to mention it and I know they will be extra careful because of it. I cannot rate this highly enough and look forward to my next appointment without any worries or concerns!

I think that the practice is easy to get to and parking is good. The staff are friendly and give you good advice on your treatment. I like to use only nhs dentistry because I'm too old to be bothered about how my teeth look. As long as they are kept in good condition by my dentist then I'm happy. It's also very handy for shopping at Tesco!!

Not a great lover of the dentist. But who is. 8to8 are brilliant. Good friendly service from all tye staff. Including reception. Good well equipped surgery with experienced dentists. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get signed up with someone.

I went to 8to8 dental Keith on recommendation of a friend when I couldn't make the appointment with my usual dentist in Speyside. My usual dental clinic had quoted around £1,500 for a root canal treatment and some minor treatment against sensitivity. The same treatment was £180 at 8to8 Keith. Thank you Dr Fadia for the most pain-free injections and for saving a tooth that most dentists would have extracted. The whole treatment easily matched the standard I was accustomed to from various excellent private dental clinics I have been with over the years.

Lovely dentistry. Made me feel comfortable and laugh during my tooth extraction, despite my extreme anxiety. Even let me keep the tooth! 5/5, couldn't recommend the team any more!

Following lots of bad experiences as a child, I'm a real dental phobic, even a routine check up fills me with dread. The staff at 8to8 couldn't have been nicer from the friendly receptionist to the empathetic dentist. I had to have an extraction a couple of weeks ago and they went out of their way to make me feel at ease. I genuinely couldn't feel the anaesthetic injection and the extraction itself was painless and quick. Recovery afterwards was also straightforward. I can't recommend this practice highly enough and I'm sure I will be attending for my regular check ups from now on. Thank you.

I required a tooth filling. needless to say, I am very satisfied with the results. My tooth now looks as if it was never chipped in the first place. The gentleman dentist has great customer service. He did a great job of making me feel comfortable and he was very informative on any information I needed. Great work!

Great experience (well as good an experience going to a dentist is, lol) Quick, to the point, and tell you how it is, and what you need to do. My teeth aren't great from smoking and other factors, so was prescribed extra fluoride toothpaste in the meanwhile, and booked me in for further work, fillings etc. They do free work on NHS assuming you have the correct benefits, and private work too. Top notch. Went for years, never had a problem and I have Severe Haemophilia, so that's saying something.

Customer service and dental care by expert dentists are both exceptional because customer service is quick to answer the phone, caring and patient over the phone and do their utmost to book you in for a fairly quick appointment that lasts less than a month as opposed to waiting months. The dentist I saw (twice now) was just lovely, female, expert, caring and efficient. In addition, the dental practice is a modern, bright super clean building with spacious surgery/treatment rooms. From my first day there my experience has been 100 per cent positive. Thank you all at 8to8Dental.

I can't thank the dental team enough for my treatment. Needed to get a tooth out and was extremely nervous. They were patient and understanding and went out of there way to try and make things easier for me and seek alternatives. Can I also say that Emma and the other lady on reception who I didn't get her name are superb. Again so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

My dental care here in the keith practice started after a 30year plus service of my previous dentist after a house move so I was nervous. There was no need to be, the care I have received including an emergency was fantastic. Staff are polite and friendly and put you at ease, a good experience.
