Gemma Kroesen

Gemma is originally from Keith. She is usually seen at the front desk welcoming patient’s but can also be seen chair side helping the dentists. She excels at patient interactions, greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour as they arrive at the practice. Her positive attitude and courteous manner create an inviting atmosphere from the outset. As the leader of the reception team, Gemma demonstrates outstanding multitasking abilities and organizational skills. Her excellent memory and efficiency ensure patients consistently receive high-quality dental care. Gemma is dedicated to maintaining a smooth schedule while striving to meet patients’ individual needs and preferences. She likes a busy workplace and is keen on enhancing her knowledge in the field of dentistry. She also has some previous orthodontic experience but is excited about her sedation training to become a qualified sedation nurse.

She is a very friendly and outgoing person. Outwith work she enjoys meeting up with friends and spending time with family. She also enjoys going on holidays and can’t wait to explore more places in the future.
